Grease & Oil Removal

Pulsetech’s laser cleaning technology offers precise, non-invasive rust removal and industrial machinery cleaning. Our eco-friendly method targets rust and contaminants without damaging equipment, ensuring faster, safer, and cost-effective results compared to traditional abrasive techniques. Keep your machinery in peak condition with our expert services.

Removal of Soot Deposits

Laser cleaning is an effective solution for restoring fire-damaged surfaces. It removes soot buildup while leaving the underlying surface intact. Suitable surfaces include brick, concrete, glass, steel, aluminium, natural stone, wood, tiles, ceramics, and more, even if the soot has been there for a long time.

Biofilm Removal

A biofilm is a collection of  microorganisms that grow on many different surfaces. Microorganisms that form biofilms include bacteria, fungi and algae. Biofilm cannot be completely removed with rinsing or chemicals, but can be killed and vaporized with laser cleaning, preventing further growth and drastically extending the time between cleanings.

Laser Wood Stripping

Laser stripping technology offers a precise, eco-friendly solution for restoring wood surfaces. It removes layers of paint, varnish, or coatings without damaging the wood, preserving intricate details and the natural wood grain. Laser stripping is faster, cleaner, and safer than traditional methods, producing minimal waste and reducing labor costs.

Graffiti Removal

Laser cleaning is great for removing graffiti. The laser will quickly heat up the paint layers, which then evaporate away. The substrate remains cool because of its higher ablation temperature, restoring the underlying stone, brick, steel or cement to it’s original glory. And there’s no waste to clean-up afterwards thanks to our HEPA air scrubber and HEPA vacuum system.

Injection Mold Cleaning

Laser cleaning injection molds offer an eco-friendly alternative to traditional methods, removing plastic or food residue without chemicals or abrasive blasting. It restores molds to their original profile efficiently. Ideal for baking molds, tire molds, injection molds, and rubber molds, this process ensures a clean, residue-free surface

Client-Centric Approach
